Yeah....it's an old Cobra. Jean Claude Simon took the 28 Magnum as the base and stretched it and then added a Paolo Caliri (SP?) deck design to it and .....instant Cobra.

Joel Halpern raced one in the production classes as Beep Beep, before he and JC moved up to open class with the MSV design of Bobby Saccenti and Sonny Miller.

The Coyote name was not used until after I had JC Simon design a new 38 footer for me as a banana boat 38, that I raced as Top Banana. My 38 foot banana boat had one less strake on the bottom than the MSV design.

We built both bananas and Coyotes, out of the same mold. That mold was eventually sold to Sonic and was the 38 and then became the 42, when they added the swim platform.
