4 BOATS KILLED :)
1961 Cowes-Torquay

There is an excellent article in this issue of Professional Boatbuilder on the reconstruction of Tommy Sopwith's "Thunderbolt", which won the inaugural event. Those of you who are doing classic redo's might learn something (including running out of money). Well worth the read. PBB is available on the web, for free.
