i will get my stuff , if i need to travel to tampa myself,its a shame i bent over backwards to go to penn and pick up his 38' scarab from ike [whos a great guy that i'd give the shirt off my back] and pay what he owed ike and deliver to phil/ratman ,i should have kept the title to that [it got left in my truck by accident] and then i might have had some leverge to do something,a friend of mine bought that boat from phil/ratman and i didnt find about it till after it was done or id would have had him fix that deal,,but the ''irs'' is looking for phil/ratman and i can allways drop a dime on him,,its just nice how he pops up here from time to time so i know he reads everything thats been said here and on 2-3 other web sites he goes to,,but i will get payback,somewere someday,,that 35' cigarette mistress is a good boat ,that i now want to sell so i can finish my 42' cig revolution[i just got the engines back from the dynos and just started to dress them
dmaxx - As you unfortunately know by now, and prolly did not take you long to figure out, Phil AKA ratman is delusional and less than honest when comes to his boat dealings with regulars on OSO. We (papache) had a deal, with him and crash boxes, turn bad and every one on here came to his rescue and insisted he was the honest one and papache was the bad guy
The Ratman fan club followed him around, bad mouthing Paul every chance they got. See his avatar? That was my avatar, I created to show what he was smoking. Ironically, he chose to use it then .. and still does proudly displays it LOL
Hopefully you can get him to come clean and deliver what was promised, but not likely at this point. As for the missing fuel pumps, sea strainers, dead batteries, killer stereo with junk amps and corroded head unit, and other misrepresentations ... not sure what to tell you This may have been avoidable had people not been so quick to jump on bandwagon of this guy and exposed his true colors years ago.
We have too many times learned hard lessons ala Trick Marine, BigScotty, etc etc on this site and it is very unfortunate.
njgr8ful...bite me dude paul was and im sure still is an ahole selling junk parts he digs out of jc and jc's old bosses dumpsters. how many other peeps got hosed by paul????everybody jumped on board to my defense when i posted the pics of the junk crash boxes paul sold me and never made good on. ask the guy i sold my motors too if the aren't what i told him they were. he picked up 18 mph. the sea strainers were not part of the deal never were. i told fred kpm was swapping me out a set of new ones for the corroded ones and they were going in the mich boat. the stereo equipment in question was working fine when i last used the boat and tim and his wife were on the boat not long before i derigged it to by the mich boat so kiss off and go felate yer pal paul, just cause he freshened your motors and they did come unglued yet makes im a legend in your eyes so be it. haven't seen him littering the classifieds with his junk parts since i outed him on the crash boxes huh??? how many others peeps jumped on that thread that paul had sold junk parts two??? forgotten have you?
dmax i sold the mich boat with all the parts i had laying around in the yard, im living in costa rica now and have been for quite some time i recently got interrnet in my pad and figured id pop in an see whats been going on. seems i havent missed much. you picked up my boat out of the kindness in your heart... my aszz you bumped the price of the tow when you got here house by how much its been a while but i thought it was 4 or 5 hundred bucks...what you didn't know where fla was located when you gave me the quote??? then you picked the boat apart got me to throw in the mint ke bell housings, and a bunch of other stuff you said you didn't want until after you beat me up on price for a few thousand bucks. if you hadn't paid the balance for the mich boat i would have told you to blow me, notified ebay it was a no sale and re listed the boat. when i buy large items like the mistress i flew to seattle and inspected the boat. if you didn't feel like coming to see the boat and went by the pics i sent and that were listed on ebay boo hoo. the boat was solid as a rock, you said it needed paint your call there was no problem with the paint but it was not a new paint job and i never claimed it was. after i lost my mother and father i spent a lot of time in costa rica decided to move there, i came back for a few weeks to clean my house in fla out and put it on the market. i had not heard from you for a while so i got rid off any marine related stuff i had accumulated and just tossed it all in the engine bay of the mich boat and sent i packing. BTW the "friend" of yours i sold the boat too didn't have a kind word to say about you fred! did he bother to tell you that the pipes and the manifolds were in his shop collecting dust??? he had a set of the old school original style headers in the back of his truck they were going to install on the 540's he was having built for the boat. i'm sure your FRIEND wont mind hooking you up with the pipes since he doesn't need them for anything. you ever head down to costa rica for a vacation look me up i'll buy you a beer but shut shut yer pie hole on the stereo equipment. i was working when that boat left my house, when you took it to the midwest did you remove all the equipment or let it get covered in snow and ice and let it get rained on for the next year? pleeease spare me. i never sold junk parts to anyone on oso ever! so the pair of you can team up and each kiss on of my butt cheeks

look here dipstick,you misslead me on the things that were with the boat,the boat was put in a 50x100 fully a/c and heated building i own,im glad you rebuilt the trailer,because ive had to replace 4 sets of bearings that were rusty and saltwater corroded and never greased,your just a hack and everybody knows it,i could go into all the rebuilding and fixing that was done to the ''mich'' boat after you did things because i saw the boat while they were fixing it,the stereo is junk because of ''saltwater corrosion'' ,i was told by you that for all my trouble you would give me the headers and tailpipes,,and why did you give me a partial refund check?,you told me the boat had new gelcoat and imron stripes,i tryed to call you every week and e-mail you but you never answered me,ileft messages too and 3 people stopped by your house [i was there once too]and the ''mich boat'' was there but you wouldn't answer the door,i would have not bought the boat from you if i didn't pay ike the money you owed him on the mich boat,but you roped me in to that,i hope you have fun in costa rica,

You said one thing, looked at the pics sent to you, said they were what you needed and they were sent. Plug-in vs. drive shaft was your mistake not his. At your request, we made 'special' arrangements to hook you up with delivery to your door ... rather than you spend money on shipping, you didn't wan tto spend the money. You had the stuff then realized YOU made a mistake and wanted full refund, plus shipping costs back I said you were "less than honest" and I think I can stick by that statement.
As far as Paul, nope not my hero or idol, just a friend who'd I'd stick my neck out for, and did, and would do it again, like I would for any friend ... how about you? And he's not hiding or running to Costa Rica ... he got banned from here with the papache name, thanks to you, so he's got a different screen name. you told me the boat had new gelcoat and imron stripes, it was done by the guy i bought the boat from six months or so before i bought it. i have the boat buffed and i looked great out on the water. that was done six months before i put it on ebay. there were no scratches or any damage to the gel it just didn't have a high lustre, it needed to be buffed and waxed as gel coat does to keep it shiny looking fred!

How's Costa Rica any pics of chicas, costa a blast more young poon that you can shake yer stick at, i have a hot lil 18 year old girl friend puts it on me. i went to nicaragua last month for a visit wahoo there a tons of hot lil honeys and the costal realestate is damn cheap. the president i do not think will be re elected so the country should grow a lot when he gets the boot. i dont spend much time on the web here even fast internet is slow by us standards and there are so many things to do i never seem to spend much time on the computer so i have a basic oso membership and cant post pics in uncensored. seems a lot of the really funny bastads dont post much anymore so i lost interest. peace out rm
btw gas is not much more costly here now after the kinds of price increases ive heard about in the us. diesels probably with in a few cents a gallon down here gas is a little over 4 bucks a gallon. whats diesel in the states now 4.79 a gallon? no performance boats of any kind in c.r. you couldn't buy an oil filter for a bbc here to save your life. when i need parts for my powerstroke i talk friends in to bringing what i need when them come down for vacation but its such a pain in the ast that i might sell my full size truck to buy a toyota which you can get parts for anywhere. parts for any us vehicle cost 250% of what they do in the states if you can find em.
