ACR Spirit chris cat

Does anyone have any history of who owned or raced a 1985 30' Chris CAT with 4 outboards?? I believe the number was
P22 or P27, or might have been called ACR Spirits. I just purchased the boat and would like to know the history on it. Any help or direction would be great.

The only 4 engine Chris Cat I ever saw was "Sick" Nick Casaula's....... and that wasn't a P boat.

The P class cu. in. rules only allowed three engines and ACR (Lance Ruble) only had 3 motors anytime I ever saw it.

T2x is correct. That boat only had 3 2.4's. The next owner might have rerigged it. Lance drove and I believe Bill Gazelle throttled. The boat was fast and was always a contender.

When i saw it it needed an update...it was still solid but weathered...it needed a new interior and at the very least a hardcore buffing......probably why they guy repainted it. No idea on any of the rigging
