The 36' it was the Offshore to the pure state.
Proper on all the seas.
From when the first exemplare to compete and won the first race, the Magoon's Aeromarine I, Key West November 6 th 1970, for 4 consecutive years the world Offshore spoke only and exclusively of 36.'
In less of three years Aronow built more than twenty Competition version of it.
Nothing has won more than a 36' in the history of the Offshore.
To possess a 36' it is to possess the fifth essence of the history of the Offshore.

Marco

Wow, I saw this thread and I have to comment. You don't have to be rich to buy one at all! Seriously, mine's for sale right now in Austin, TX and I just ran it flat out today to be sure everything is as it should be and it is right on. Now it was outright intoxicating to run it in 4-6 footers in the Pacific but even after a lake ride like today I always question whether I should sell it to make room for a "family friendly" boat or just park it on the trailer because I have only one slip, but owning two boats is another matter too.

It's already painted like Black Tornado, some vinyl graphics could complete the look. I have probably dropped the price too far because it seems most people would rather use the money as a down payment on a more expensive boat, but for now it's listed for a song, right here on OSO: http://www.offshoreonlyclassifieds.c...o24032-en.html
