Not Caliente... they ended up on the sandbar.

Not Mich Light/ Kaama. Betty Broke her ankle. I rode with her in the back of the ambulance which broke down on the way to Mariners hosp. in Tavernier.

Lil Rhino won Sport class. with Marv Marter on the thottles and Sandra driving.

Pepe... I think i'm a year off... Im must be talking about 80? The race ran for 2 years and then nothing until 1984 when Joe Roth bought HI. I chaired the race with Vic Speilberg. Bad Company won overall that year and George Hertel, Joe Roth III and I came in 2nd after swimming "Fever" over the finish line.

Sorry for the Hijack, could not resist!
The race was from Miami to Holiday Isle, I won it in a triple outboards 28' Pantera.

But nothing beats Miami to New York in a 24' which you survived hands down... and I survived an entire season with Marshall in one of your 24's... kinda the same thing...right??
