I saw the boat for sale at tnt for a much higher price. The dash was rough and it had a NuWave marine embroidered in the dash panel. The motors were dirty and looked like they needed looking into. A short time later saw the boat rerigged and it looked great overall, and they were racing it. I think it is great to see an older race cigarette in such good condition still with a realistic price for it. Every time I saw it at the races it looked great . As far as the steering wheel well I guess that it personal preference. Hey Toasty, being from new jersey , do you know the boat? I know they are racing a larger scarab now and probably are moving up in class.,

That boat is in very good condition and has all new hoses, cables, panels, exhaust, the drives were gone through etc. etc. It seems as if only raced it only a couple of times after the update. A lot of money was spent on it and IMO it's a like a hundred grand less than dry martini, and still very cool historically. I'm surprised that no one from europe has bought it yet.
