jeff,
thanks alot. engines actually crank right up without a problem. just going to change the lines and make sure they are all good so i dont run into any problems in the future. i still haven't gotten it out on the water so im keeping my fingers crossed and hoping for the best. hopefully video and pics to come soon.

Beautiful boat. I bet I have at least a few old Powerboat Mags with stories on her in my attic. I even remember when Powerboat Mag had it for sale sometime in the 90's I think.

If you have any articles regarding this boat please let me know. You can PM me so i can give u my email address. im trying to dig up as much as i can about her. i know it was on the cover of oct 1988 powerboat mag.
they actually had it for sale in the magazine? do you remember what they were asking?

well im basically living in cedar grove. im not really sure where im going to run her yet because i dont know of any great boating spots. i figured i could run her around sandy hook since thats probably the closest or the hudson. If i get her all done and tested im going to try to make the hudson poker run in june 20th. its suppose to be a big turn out and a great experience.
Is you cig rigged for just three people as well? Any photos? if so PM me and ill give you my email.
Have you taken yours out this season?

Congrats Fever, on getting a really great boat .Let me check over the weekend and see what Poweboats Mags I have? I should have the Oct 88 copy
My best friend has a couple of houses on Marco , will have him keep an eye out for you next winter

jim and all,
everyone on here is awesome. its great that everyone is willing to help me out and find out as much info on this boat. i just bought a garmin 5215 gps for it and will have it installed hopefully next week. It's sweet and will help me for sure when i plan on doing some long runs and maybe even attempting new records. thanks alot jim and everyone else that is digging though there stuff for info.

Congrats and good luck with it Fever. Did you get all the documents also? I looked at it when it was on Rout 41 North of Tampa.
I think it was a pretty good buy for what yuo got it.
