24' squadron 12 for sale in MD

No date on the add, but on yachtworld.com I saw an add for the 24' squadron 12 that is two doors north of Kentmore on Marylands eastern shore. Super clean unmolested original. I looked at it a few years ago. 1980, Serial #001, and the only 24' squadron I've seen or heard of in 20 years. I think he was asking 24K or so.

Update: It was sold this fall.
