Phil , Looked the transom over a couple of times and could not find any numbers... Will check again when I go back for a better look. Will also check under the upper deck .
Jim
Maybe the numbers were covered up by all the paint!!!!

Here is a few lines from a email that the current owner of my old boat sent me-
Phil
I replied to the man looking for the #s, THERE ARE NONE.
I have crawled around every inch of my boat with no #s, I even painted everything with bilge coat and usually you would find something by then. No nothing.
Even Bertram stated no #s do to it was only for racing.
After Bertram gave me a MSO, I went to the DMV and they created new #s for HIN and Fl#s for the Beak.
I need to make a plaque for the transom.

Phil,
Following an old string at another post and found you discussing your Needle Nose. My best friend and myself use to hang out on the 88 bridge in PT PL back in the early 70's watching all the weekend madness of boats of all kinds tyrying to navigate the canal;s currents and wave tops that formered at the bridge. We waited for hours until we causght you blowing through the canal when there was no slow wake rules. Way back before you ever had numbers on the hull. Cool stuff. I'm in VA now (military retired) and get up to Point when I can to see the boat races...although I don't see one scheduled there this year. Only in Atlantic City in Sept.
We never met but always admired your boat and the few other racers that were on the water like the Moody Blue.
Hope you anfd your family are well.
Craig
