Default The Monza Project

Just a little side project I've been screwing with the last few months.

Nice project, wish I could find something like that.
Is that the one that was on Maryland Craigs list about 2 months ago?

No this is one i found about 16 months ago in the same neighborhood as the other mentioned a couple weeks ago. It would have been done last fall but the 360 mopar I put in it lasted about 2 hours before it went boom. Here's hoping the 454 will last a little longer.
get rid of the aluminum prop and a little tweaking and it will see 60mph.

Tommy
The 19 will stay forever (what would I do about SuperNova19.com if I did get rid of it?). When Allmand bought the 19 from Brownie (and the 24 went to wellcraft) they made a few before they had money troubles themselves. So far being hull #1941 its is the last SuperNova 19 ever made. So i guess you can say i have the first 24 and the last 19 until we find another, if we find another.
As for the Monza, thinking of selling it while it's perfect. Once I use it a few times I may have to keep it.

What's up MP? Long time no see and yes I need wipes bad!!!! Hell I'll even pay for them.
I finally got it done and out of the way (I hope). I was just outside looking at the trailer of the R/B After looking at it the last few months there is a couple changes I need to make.
The only issue I am having is finding gas tanks under 350+ each. I've noticed that a few of the older race boats have steel or aluminum truck gas tanks in them. Ferd did say he took the old "steel tanks" out and replaced them with fiberglass (sadly they have never had a gallon of gas in them and they got to go) so I'm on the hunt for them also.
The site looks nice but wont let me sign in. I will have to try again later.
Oh and last night test driving the 496 in the Nova the W/P pulley exploded so I have to fix that but then the r/b is on baby!

Thanks folks for your encouragement.
