Default Old race boat registry

I see a lot of people looking for old race boats all the time. Sometimes someone knows someone who knows someone who knows about it but if you don't catch the first guy you are out of luck.
Is there such a thing as a race boat registry? A lot of sites have them. I even have one for Nova Marine http://www.supernova19.com/the_nova_...nova19_com.htm but they are usually maker specific.
Would anyone be interested in one?
