The Bahamas Trophy
Back in the day, The Bahamas Trophy was awarded to a competitor that did well both sides of the pond.
The Trophy was first awarded in the early 1960's and has the names engraved on it from Aronow to the 2010 winner.
The British Powerboat Racing Club would like to see once again this fine trophy used for it's purpose:
The competitor who competes in the Cowes Torquay Cowes Race (UK) & The Long Island Race (USA) with the fastest average speed over the miles run in both races.
