Stumbled across this boat doing some internet searching. Not sure of the history behind it.

Cool old boat! Should be an Excaliber hull if I'm not mistaken. Bet is eats big water, but probably only a low 70's boat? Maybe even high 60's

No, it is not an Excaliber, but is a Cigarette hull that was made in 1975 and 1976. The Awesome model had the raised deck for more cabin headroom at the expense of aesthetics. Came with twin 454 330hp Mercs and TRS drives. I owned one.

Very cool, but aren't those drives 3A's?? Was that hull only made 2yrs?

I believe it is the same hull as a Mistress ,just a different deck. Here are a few pics of my Awesome

Twin 502's, 495 hp, good condition for a '75, was priced at 32,000. In Toledo, Ohio.

It is the same hull as a misttress but has a raised deck so it was called awesome. Big heavy solid boat defines wave crushing
