engine builder -recommendation long island,ny

can anyone recommend a capable engine rebuilder?- 454 mercruiser.

You'll get a much better response in the general discussion forum or in the Q & A in the technical forum.

JC built up my 454 to a 461; 560hp / 560tq; 93octane, also needed a better exhaust (SM gen2).
He can just rebuilt to stock too. He has built many powerplants for guys on this site and learned the trade/and still does some work w/ Richie Zul.
