they were tight. The original "damn carrera" was a 24' and was the boat featured in many of the ads and the yellow pages ad for many years. The boat was all red with black lettering.
The 24 molds were sold to julio deverona - became the 24' scorpion. When scorpion split up i got the 24 and 21 molds. Sold the 24's to a group out of dallas. They were in bad shape. The last 24 hull and deck out of the mold went to a guy from coshocton, oh.

If fact it had no name though the nickname for it was "The Brute"

Yes - Gold letters.... And Sal had a 24' that was the identical scheme to the Damn Carrera... We had homes next to each other in KL and I seem to remember him also bringing down a 27 with the same scheme.... But then, my memory isn't what it used to be.
