Default cool vintage ad

I know someone will have the picture saved of when the cig mistress first came out in the 70's... and it is a black and white print with the boat profile and then a whole bit about it being a pun on performing like a mistress and how sexy she is when you push the throttles down to the dash!
thanks

LOL Don loved this ad. He said it was his favorite picture.

Of course, that opened up the door for us to remind him that it took about 100 different shots by the photographer that day to get one good one.

Notice the side of the boat almost up to the rubrail. Don had to put on the word MAGNUM as the new owners of Magnum were threatening to sue because he built this boat under the Cary name. You can just see the last letter M.

Thats a great story Charlie, I had read about the Magnum thing somewhere.......I guess it is for the same reason why my Dad's boat used to have Magnum-Donzi written on the side........

I still have and use my Dad's old Lifeline jackets, the same as in the advert.........it looks great on Martini, shame we can't use open face helmets any more!!
