90 Aronow 37' Gucci gold trim
So i have found a 1990 (i belive thats the proper year) Aronow 37' gucci trim boat sitting out at a farm here in Alberta. Yeah odd place for it but there is a bit of a story to how it got here. I guess it was in ohio and ended up here. I found some old threads on here about this boat but im more curious what the value of it would be. It needs some work to bring it back to good condition but its 100% intact with all its gaudy gold trim and gucci logos. I have searched everywhere for pricing info and this forum seemed to have the most talk about it. If anyone could give me some idea i would appreciate it

Carfixer...........I was very interested in the 37' Aronow back a few years ago. There was one for sale in Brick, N.J. for roughly 38K It was very clean and turn key.
I passed on it..........here's a link to that boat http://www.offshoreonly.com/forums/c...-heritage.html There was reference to the Gucci
boat on OSO back awhile ago and a member here (can't remember whom) and actually had it in there show room and spoke about how it was adorned in gold.

Anytime I hear or read anything about the 37' Aronow I'm all ears........unfortunately "Carfixer" never came back to OSO to continue with the fascination on this boat!

I am sorry, new to this forum and did not get a notification that you had replied . I was up at the boat today and trying to work a deal to buy it and fix it up and hopefully restore it. The owner thinks the original engines were replaced with 500HP 454's. I will post a few picks up tomorrow for you

The 1990 PowerBoat Performance report by Bob Nordskog tested the boat with a pair of 650-hp custom mills from innovation marine @ full throttle the 37' Aronow peaked at 79 mph w/ssm # 3's
the price was $269.000 before you add any other options...........hull weight as tested 10,500 lbs. actual length is 39.6" .............I don't know what the Gucci initially had for power or drives, but
the price was certainly up there considering all the gaudy gold treatment ......The cabin headroom is 50" from floor to ceiling ....The head includes a shower and vanity with nearly 5'6" of stand up
headroom.......What I loved about the 37'Aronow it didn't have a windshield. instead, there's a raised air-trap fairing on the deck that does an adequate job of deflecting the wind away from the driver
and co-pilot.

Thank you very much for the information . I am meeting with owner on Tues to negotiate a price. It has been sitting outside up here in cold Canada for 5 yrs and needs some tlc. The gel coat has obviously faded and some of the gold has come off the playing but the interior is in good condition and engine bay looks great . When I'm on a computer I will try and add some photos
