I don't think he is ever getting out.On the one hand If he did hire a guy to kill someone then he probably does not need out. Whether he did or not is speculative at best. On the other hand people have flat out killed someone and got out in 10 yrs. If Don really stiffed him for a cool million then he probably has served his time. Next is the helicopter escape attempt. That does not help his case.. Next is the covid thing. I think he is now 65 or so and and can not self isolate and in a prison population ,That makes him at greater risk of contraction and death. But who knows.

we spoke with a family member when we where in kw researching for our expose. its apparently tied together by a case where the feds ran his seized casino and are trying to apply pressure on him in order not to pay him back any of the earnings. this has resulted in extreme treatment, isolation, moving him to different prisons far away from his family etc.

He would be an idiot not to trade his freedom for "seized casino earnings"........... huge glitch in that thought process, if they seized the casino then why would he be eligible to collect revenue from it? Can he sue the government for "lost wages" because he was locked up and not able to smuggle more drugs too? I'd sign off on the "government owes me nothing agreement" and move on. Being locked up over half your life, a little sunshine and freedom would go a loooooonnnnngggg way.
