Call their office and speak with one of the sales reps and they will be able to give you the benefits of each set up that you are looking at. 305-635-8712 they are more than helpful in that shop!

huge difference in the two, are you trailering? I think a 36 might be a pain to trailer, the 30 trailers easily. I just got a 30 and have only been out once but so far a really like it, it's a small 30 but it fits my needs for now. I like the idea of newer v-rods versus the old EFI's but only you can make that call

Owned both. 30 is a much smaller boat with a lot less freeboard. 36 rides much better.

I'm not trailering the boat around..... And were I boat it never gets anY rougher then 1 to 3..... I know the 36 is bigger and would work out great but I'm just not sure I want the old 250 efis..... How fast will the 36 with 250's go?.... How fast will the 30 with 225 verados go?

just based on the magazine's I have read a 36 w/ 250's is 61mph I would guess the same for a 30 w/ Vrods. In my search almost everything I looked at had EFI's which I did not want, I found one with 07 225 Optis, I am hoping for 60 or so

After only owning a 36' for just over
a month now and using it in some big water, I'd say get the 36'. I stuffed the nose last weekend in a 8' hole, saw water coming over the rail at the nose, with (5) people sitting in the bow area, they were all dry except for me standing behind the consol, I got hit with a small amount of water. If we were in a 30' we would of had a boat full of water, the 36' has a lot of room than the 30', which is nice. I guess if your going to use out in open water, I would get the 36' and re-power it later. Bill |
