Check these out------>

Pick out the appropriate one you would need, just need to know whether you need internally or externally balanced, block or bellhousing mounted starter, and steel or aluminum.

Cay,
I dont have the part number here at home, but the flywheel for a 1999 Chevy truck 454 should be the correct one. I do have the correct part number at the shop, but usually do not go online during the day due to a dismal dialup connection. Feel free to call me in the morning and I can give you the correct GM part number. 301-843-5700
