take hatch and put it away. make a new hatch split down center with the scoops. that way when it doesn't work you didn't kill the oem stuff and eff up resale value...

well... i know I can make it work...my 33 scarab had barn door style,,i could access everything..made it real ez to work on stuff...
i can even get to dip stips to check trans fluid if i wated to...

Funny, I didn't care for the barn doors on my Nova. I much prefer the rear hinged one piece on my Magnum. I am looking for some quick release hinges for easier access when needed
