Recommendation on vacuum pump for changing oil

I need to buy an oil changer pump for changing engine oil. Anybody have a recommendation on one that works good. Electric's may be nice, but I figure a hand pump will last longer. Will use about twice a year. Some names I've seen... Mity Vac, Moeller, Jabsco.
