Straight weight oils are a thing of the past. Either use a 15w/20w-50 or a 10w/15w-40. I use AMSOIL 15w-50 Racing Oil.

Why not? Heard some good things about Lucas. It's said to eliminate dry starts due to it clinging to the metal. I've also noticed it helped to increase my oil pressure a little when hot. Motor also runs cooler. Plus they sponser a race boat. Support racing.

There have been huge discussions on this topic.
Search "best oil"

After thousands of hours of lab and real world testing...

The general consensus is that Mobil 1, V-twin, in 20-50 or Amsoil are the best two oils to use.
