If you are speaking of the main caps, they should work but dont quote me on that. Alot of BBC heads say hi-perf on them which usually isnt anything to get excited over. The fact that they are rectangular port is good since they should flow better than oval port in the higher rpms if that is what you are after. Get them checked out though. Your tall intake if it is a single plane should compliment the heads nicely, as will the carb(save up for an 850 though). Your gonna want a decently lopey cam to bring this all together though, as matching parts is what dishes out HP. Which brings us to compression ratio. This setup is begging for a decent amount of compression, but as you stated you are stuck with 89. So you going to want to stick with around 8.5-1 so you can put a decent amount of timing in, and in the future if you can get your hands on some cash and decent fuel you have the perfect blower motor.
