I wouldnt use a presure washer also,if its greasy just gunk it and wash off with a hose, if ya pressure wash the bilge ,it will blow all the stuff in the botom all over every thing else.

Mine has never needed washing unless something like a oil line bust.

Can ys see water in the valve cover?

In the future try using a degreaser made by "Gunk" called "Heavy Duty Engine Degreaser". This stuff is awesome. Spray it on, let it sit 5 mins the rinse off with a slow stream from the hose with no sprayer on it. Perfect. It comes in a white and orange can.
