If there's an O O O Orielly Auto parts near you they have the same style set up as the Harbor Freight one only better quality. You can use them for free with a deposit. Auto Zone does this also.

For a tool you'll use only every few years, spend the gas money to borrow it from the parts stores. Spend the difference on beer.

a little trick for putting them back together. freeze the new u-joint before you put it back together. the contracted metal is a little smaller and slides in easier. I've got the puller but have used the ole hammer and socket plenty of times.
