Trim tab oil???
I am replacing the old "boat leveler" pump/motor in my boat and need to refill it with oil, what do you guys recommend, regular ATF? Power steering oil? I KNOW that Boat Leveler make a specific oil for its use, but, I dont want to go through the hassle of ordering and having to ship it "up here"
Any input appreciated!
Thanks!
Michael

Using ATF in the Baja with the Boat Leveler (per their optional fluid recommendation), and regular motor oil in the Fountain that has K-Planes.
As slow as the Boat Leveler pump works, I'd use the thinner ATF fluid for a faster response.

Great! Thanks alot! My rams actually have 2 rams per tab, so, they are even slower than the single ram style. I will grab some ATF tommorow and use that, Thanks!
