Default Need help contacting R & R products

I ordered a pump kit from R&R products last week and can't get them on the phone or to respond to emails, left messages and not return calls. Anyone know anything about these guys. I ordered thru paypal, so I'm not too worried about getting my money back, one day. But I need to get the part to get my boat in the water. I don't want to spend the $500 to get a new pump, but I have the Tickfaw 200 poker run coming up and need to have my boat running. And if I have to order the pump, I need to know now. Anyone have any info to help me? or maybe a good pump housing with no scars.

Agreed pictures look the same but I am a little concerned that in the photo the wear plates look brass rather than stainless. I am also trying to contact these guys to order a kit with no response, Have you had any luck yet?

I ended up ordering a new kit from JC Marine, they shipped out the same day. I did finally get ahold of R&R and they did refund me the full amount. Kit was easy to install and works fine. I had to modify the bolt holes in the housing cover slightly using a drimmal tool. I also used a palm sander with some 220 paper so smooth out the groves in the cover as well. If you need a kit, I'd have to recommend going to JC Marine, they responded quicker and their kit was less expensive. Good luck, and If I can help any, let me know.
