Default o2 sensor

I would like to know if anyone makes a kit to put an o2 sensor in my emi thunder exhaust. I want to get my boat tuned perfectly and am told this is the route to go. Thanks for your help.. Winkman

I had them weld in bungs on both sides when I ordered them. I am sure you could ship yours back and they could weld them in for you.

You can weld bungs in yourself, the tricky part will be drilling through double wall Ss without the bit grabbing. If you can do use a mill or CNC you will be happier

look for O2 sensor (digital) airfuelspark.com simple to use and all in one package

I had this idea for years,,if its a big block and if its a hp style manifold you could remove the intake and drill and tao the center where the exhaust port would between the 2 center intake ports..it will only regesture the 2 center cylinders but its still exhaust gasses that you need to read..

Love that idea Fixx! That way you can run without the worry of water killing the sensor. Have you ever tried that? Is there enough gasses flowing through there to register good readings, I wonder.
