Default exhuast manifolds with rust flakes in them

bought 2 sets of center dump exhuast manifolds for my boat
the risers where already off i checked them out and pressure tested them for leaks and cracks all is well there.. they have alot of flakey rust in the water passages i tried flushing them out as good as i could today with a water hose got prolly half out of them but you can still hear more in them .. is this something to worry about or just bolt them on and run em ..
as all the passages flowed fine and are clear just some flakey rust in em .... thought about seeing if the machine shops hot tank might do em anygood ..

Soak them in muratic acid and rod out with a coat hanger then soak them again. Lastly flush with water. They will look like new inside and out.
