Default how to internal butterfly flapper?

how do I install an internal butterfly flapper?

This is what I got:
http://www.cpperformance.com/p-12576...t-flapper.aspx

The little button things are brass so I'm guessing they arent to be welded in, which is good because I dont have a welder.

also, how do I get the old/broken one out? it seems to be welded in...

Thanks for the help!

Looks like you would drill a hole on each side of the exhaust. Use drill size of the small dia on the brass plug. Then install the brass plug from the inside, then put in the flapper. At least the is how I would see it done.

is this flapper the same size-shape as orig one? there are many different ones. make sure you have the right one. the old flapper shaft is stuck in there. take off rubber exh hose, and you should see ends of holes bushings and flapper shafts are in. hammer and punch should do it. if too stuck, you may need to get small die grinder or dremel and cut them inside. NOTE; IF YOU DROP PIECES OF SHAFT INTO BOTTOM OF Y-PIPE, THEY WILL ROT HOLES IN THE Y-PIPE!!! differential metals underwater are a bad bad thing...
