Default Upholstery

Call Lilly Sport Boats in MD. I saw one of their carbon fiber vinyl upholstery projects and paint jobs and was blown away.

Try "Sew What" 973-770-8500 out of Mt. Arlington, she does good work, mainly specializes in covers, but may be worth a shot and close by.

Morbern makes a great product I would recommend it over enduratex( not that it's bad).... Never used spradling before so I can't comment

Dont use Plywood, use Expanded PVC Board, little more money but will last forever. Thats what Cig Factory uses.
It could be heated and will bend Also.

I had both bolsters, rear seat, and sun deck done for $1200. The guys were artists, they were retired from Ford. I had all kinds of French Seaming and I checked all of it, it was flawless. They also made some design changes for that price. On top of super quality they were fast, I think it was all done in two weeks, I supplied the seats and sun deck, they took everything apart and put it back together. I got their name from a dealer who uses them extensively and all their work is top quality.
