Default Too Damn Hot to be working on the boat!!

With temps in the 90's and high humidity working on a boat in SE Florida is pure HELL!! I was in mine for a few hours today making some adjustments so I can get out Sunday and it nearly killed me.

I had to stop and jump in the pool twice to keep from passing out. It's great to get out on the water but working on a boat outside this time of year is unbearable.

I know the feeling, had a warm spell in July ( mid 90's an high humidity) and I ad to pull both engines to fix he transmissions! It sucked so bad. It makes you not want to do it!

here in N, Georgia it has been 70 or less for the last few days. it is barely going to break into the 80's for the next couple weeks. if this global warming continues I am going to need a thicker coat.

I feel ur pain...equally hot here in S Tx w/temps in the 100s. I did some work on mine in June and swear I lost 10lbs that afternoon. Yes a lot of work but hopefully it's all worth it when you finally make it on the water!

Your right 502 July was hoooot here in the northeast, been work on the boat outside since June, went to Wal-Mart the other day the cashier started speaking Spanish to me because I'm got such a dark tan from working outside she thought I was Spanish ,,,I have a shop but its 30 miles one way from my house, but its just easier in the backyard, food, swim, afternoon nap
