Default problem with front pulley alignment...

i figured id post here since almost everyone here runs a power steering pump, etc. i have a gen iv bbc and im putting it into a 21 footer with an alpha 1 gen 2. (ill have to baby it i know)

i picked up a bracket for power steering and alternator but it hit my RM/EMI exhaust manifolds. i got a set of aluminum spacers to move it forward so that it doesnt hit. great! my alternator is spot on with a single groove crank pulley but my power steering pump is obviously off. is there a pulley that will make it fit with the single groove or what pulley for the pump and for the crank can i use?

all help/suggestions are appreciated. id hate to buy a pulley only to find out its off by 1/4", etc.

mercruiser 7.4 alternator/power steering bracket (VERY HARD TO FIND!)

pump hitting exhaust.

spacers

great now it fits

alternator is in alignment, but i need pulley(s) for power steering

and just for kicks, how i originally found the boat

new floor, new transom, new everything.

working on getting upholstery done. all new electrical, gaffrig gauges, offshore style throttles.

Imco sells a new p/s bracket that raises the pump up and lowers the alternator. No alignment issues and clears.

That bracket is for two belts one for the alt. and one for the power steering, you need a second crank pulley or a double V groove pulley.
