Default Looking for warehouse space Broward County, Fl

Since selling my house last year I have down sized my living space requirements dramatically.

I am looking for recommendations (other than self storage places) for approximately 1500~2000 sq. ft. to park my 255 Formula inside as well as store my tools and equipment....preferably in the greater Ft. Lauderdale area ( I live in Davie). The ideal set up would be a 60 x 25 warehouse with 20' plus clear inside height. I need a minimum 12' wide overhead door with enough access room in the front to back the boat in..

oI am even willing to share a larger space with someone if anyone has more room than they need and need help with the rent.

I'm a DIY boater and have an air compressor, sand blast cabinet, floor jack, hand tools etc.

Let me know of anything out there.

Thanks,

John

Well I finally found a place. thanks to Greg Harris (AKA Cash Bar) but we just couldn't find an exact fit.

In a stroke of luck I ran across Jerry Gwynn...Daryl Gwyn's dad...at the Daryl Gwynn Foundation. He just happened to have a 35 x 50 bay at his place here in Ft. Lauderdale near where I live and reasonably close to the water. I share a big building with several serious drag racers and muscle car guys so with all of their gear and mine we all get along.

So now I have a "Man Cave" warehouse to go play with the boat...keeping it inside and secure.

So now let's see what I can get into. LOL
