Default My fuel water separator contacts with my fuel pump, how can I relocate it?

Hi folks, I have a stock 502 mount and the bottom of the smallish filter contacts with the pump, I want to put a bigger fuel filter on it and would like to avoid mounting it on the bilge, are there brackets that will push it out or raise it up?

While on the subject how about for the oil filter?

thanks

No reason to go to a larger filter.

Thanks good suggestion on the photo, the boat is in storage but I dug up an old photo and can see that the really short quicksilver filter has a bit of clearance, probably enough to un-thread it before hitting the pump but the current replacement doesn't. I needed to unimount it to thread the filter on.
I was hoping to upgrade to a larger better filter with a drain on the bottom.
I added a photo of a similar engine to give you and idea of how my filter mounts.

You could mount it on bulkhead between rear seat and the engine. Just get the height correct...
