You can keep the EFI distributor and coil. The module inside the distributor has a great curve when used as standalone.

You can always spot the new guy in performance boating because the rest of us know that at the end of the day this will have both the Brodex heads AND the supercharger!

Default Thanks for taking the time to educate me

Thank you for taking the time to write everything out in detail with way you did..... (I am printing it for reference).

It seems that answer is "no" they are not a good bolt on option and I am considering your suggestion to look for a different motor.

What can I do to increase my HP quick and easy (so to speak). I like the idea of bolting on an M1SC but as it has been pointed out it is not exactly "bolt on" easy as Pro-charger would have you think. If I were to drop my desired HP from to 550 does that change anything? If I were to try running a M1 at only 4 lbs could I then run the stock fuel system Etc.?
