I just verified the yellow wire out of the ecm is the dual engine data link.

I was putting out the info that one scan tool with one DLC connection can scan twin motor apps at the sametime. I thought thats what the OP was asking. Like I said alot of twins already come this way (one port (DLC) to plug one scan tool into for diagnostic scanning for twin apps).
BUP, Thanks for the info. I thought it was for scanning only but wanted to verify.

Ok, so its a yellow wire, so what do you do with this? I have ScannerPro software. Ive seen the yellow wire harness in the first link I posted. Do you get that, and then what exactly do you do and how can you switch between engines while logging?

Obviously I would connect directly to engine while flashing .bins
