Does anyone here really know the true real world speeds and fuel burn and mileage of a Donzi 35 ZF twin 300 Verado's?

Also what is the normal pricing for these boats?

Hey Mike, That boat with twin 300 Verados will run 60 to 65 at WOT.
Cruise speed will be around 45 to 50. And you will average 1.2 to 1.3 miles per gallon. At cruise it may be alittle more and and WOT alittle less. Hope this helps. If I can help you with anything else please let me know. William

Thanks for the reply. OK here is my delima...my current boat a 38TE Fountain with triple 275 Verado's will cruise at 45-50 (3800-4100rpm) getting 1.3-1.5 mpg burning arond 9.7-11.2 gallons per hour per engine for a total average of 30 gallons per hour.

I want to downsize this large boat.

I was thinking the 35 Donzi with twin 300's would get around 1.7-2mpg at cruise. I had heard from a dealer in Sarasota that use to sell Fountain and now Donzi's that the Donzi's do not get as good as mileage as my current set up. Still they seem to be a nice boat and I will still look at them and hopefully find a sea trial and see for myself.
