Default 28zx on a hydrohoist

I have a 2001 28zx to go on a 10,000lb hydrohoist. Does any have any tips for setting up the hoist for balance and step hull. Also i would like to know if you have to lift the legs or do the tubes sink low enough to clear ?
Thanks,
Randy

I did not have to lift the legs. I did lay on some steps using 2"x6" (or whatever the width required). The steps turned out perfect.

Had one on a 7000lb Hydrohoist. As Zxxx said double the 2x6 and carpet it and it will be perfect. Just measure from the step to the tramsom and you have your length.
