I've read it several times that the 45 zx has a tendency to side roll quite unexpectedly......something to do with a poor hull design.
Info I had come across when I was looking at zx's.

I have heard some issues regarding the 45ZX, but not the 38ZX regarding rolling. From what my friend tells me that is on the same dock as the 45ZX, it was definitely driver error. who knows,

this would be my guess as well..same thing Ive read on these boards as well as talked with 2 people that have sold them for a living..
