Question 2005 Donzi 23 (22.6) Special Edition Aronow. (Yellow)

I have a 2005 Donzi 23 (22.6) special edition ARONOW.
Only 7 boats were manufactured from this series. I think that the one I have is the only one remaining in the USA. The motor is a 496 MAG HO. The boat is yellow and it is like new barely used.
I have had heard so many opinions about the boat and its value that I don't know where to start. I will like to sell it. Is there anyone that can give me information about this boat?
Thank you for your attention.

Here's one of the Donzi.net posts on the Aronow Edition boats. There are several more posts if you search the post titles for "Aronow". 7 does seems to be the total number built. Your sequence number should be in the HIN such as X00?. Yours should be X002, X003, X004, or X007. There were a few red ones made that seemed to be in the FL area & there is a blue one up in Vancouver. I've never seen a yellow one, post some pictures if you have them. What sort of info are you looking for?

Here's a post that mentions a yellow one that went up to Typhoon. Maybe this is yours?

Seasun, your boat is known as a Donzi 22 Classic Aronow Edition. Very few were made with this name because of a dispute over use of the name. They did continue to make the boat as a Special Edition. While your Aronow Edition is rare I doubt that it greatly increases the value of the boat as Donzi has continually make a variety of "special edition" 22 Classics. I also own a 2005 and mine came with the aluminum fairing from the factory but it is not an Aronow/special edition. I would think that the value of your boat if in the condition you claim would be close to $35,000. Here is a pic of mine:

I am in the process of redoing # X002. Last year we made it a 90+ boat.

As thirdchildhood said, Donzi made a lot of special editions so that wouldn't bring the value up too much. Could you post some pictures of your boat?

I'd love to see pictures of this boat. I'm kind of partial to yellow and I'd like to see how they did the Aronow Edition in yellow....

We've got quite a contingent of fast 22Cs here in Michigan. One other one reportedly tops 90 mph. Mine runs low to mid 80s and there are a few others that are running well into the 80s. Brian has worked on mine and on several of the others. I recommend him if anyone is looking for a mechanic in southern Michigan area. Brian, is that Aronow based in Michigan?

Seasun, still waiting for pics .
