Thank you fastech, Has anyone tried to cut the bottoms out of any of the cabin seats or bed....... This thing has no storage room..... I just keep thinking there has to be a reason why......

Congrats on your purchase MP!! Let me know what you find if you cut in the spaces under the seats in the cabin. I am guessing it's filled with foam to meet coast guard requirements for buoyancy.

I hope not...... This boat needs those seat to come off and have storage. The lack of places to store things is re-cock-u-less.

I'm pickin up what you're layin down, I would like the extra storage as well. If it is foam filled, it could be really messy cleaning that out.

This is the next project.... Someone befor me lefty the ladder down and hit it with the props..... I'm going to have it wielded and then coat it with plastic cost. I'm thinking about taking the bottom rung off so I don't have a chance of having the same problem

Never have yet, we hit the Illinois a few times a year but we do most of our boating up in Lake Geneva, we have a place about 4 blocks from the water. We also hit the Ozarks 1-3 times a summer( depends on fuel cost and how much snow I can plow in the winter).
