DW Dominates Nationals
Comment:
Well once again it shows that Doug Wright has the dominate hull in Superboat Stock O/B Cat.
A big Congratulations to Gary B. and Jean C.C. for winning the National Championship. Gary B. is the Iron man of the sport awesome job and great team effort.
First went to Hulk debuting the new Widebody X-Cat hull.
Second to WHM Motorsport.
Third to Team Risk....High Points Champion and National Champion.
All Doug Wright hulls from first to third!!!!
Looking forward to Key West and it will be a monster battle for the World Championship. The field is expecting a huge turnout for this last race of the season. Rumor has it the Yachts boat is headed to the U.S. for Key West along with all the local favorites.
It should be a great turnout and everyone will be bringing the heat and their "A" game so sharpen those props.

P.S. Get those Go Pro cameras mounted last years Worlds was filmed and it turn out to be a great video.

There will be another new DW Xcat in Key West as well. Brand spanking new and here it is very different from all of the other bots. Heard it is sporting the new canopy system that FURY has now. Looking forward to seeing it up close in KW.

I don't know if that boat is going to race or what? Gary B. aka O/B Ironman should be in his own boat. That leaves Omar without a throttleman.
I would love to see it run and work out the bugs before it does battle in the X-Cat arena in Dubai.
The Fury Team aka Guy Costa's boat is now named "Fire One Offshore". They have a Facebook page as well...look them up if your a fan.
I sure wish they would have come out and run the boat in Key West right after winning the great race in Trinidad.
The O/B Cat class will have a packed field I would venture to say at least 8 boats in that class.

P.S. We should start a Calcutta in the spirit of competition.
