Stay away from III's no more parts in the system, very hard
to get parts. IIIA's are heading in the same direction very
shortly. Look at the Konrad conversion for both III and IIIA,
can use the same Gimbal only have to change the Helmet,
and it comes with the drive when you purchase it. We just
did a conversion on a 38FT. Cig. Check it out under Drives
and Lower Units. Call us with your questions at:

I have 2 #3A drives, gimbles, Latham ext. steering, wing plates and tie-bars. The drives have all new cases, gears, bearings and seals with zero hours. They are a 1.48 ratio if these will work for you.
If you are looking for #5 drives, I also have a pair with gimbles. They also have all new internal parts, (net forged straight cut gears) with zero hours and are a 1.48 ratio.
I'm looking to sell both sets so lets deal.
