I've got a complete 1977 Mercruiser TR drive that I am removing from my boat to install a surface drive (Simplicity marine drive). Drive is original and was well maintained. Only issue is that the boat sat for 20 years before I bought it so would need most of the rubber parts replaced. Cylinders, gears look perfect. What is it worth? I'm going to list it later on this site.
Also have 2 props in perfect shape (19x21 and 19x23).
