Frank,

It did go through. Jdub and I came up with a deal where we did swap my standard Imco lower for his -2 Imco. His case had some damage done to it, that I am in the process of repairing. I still have my XR upper but jdub has assured me that he will take it. I was planning on keeping the -2 lower for me as a spare. However, if jdub doesnt take my upper, I can be coaxed into selling you my XR upper with his repaired -2 lower.

How about a coaxing for just the -2 lower?

To change the ratio, you need to install different lower gears..

Frank,
I really dont want to sell off the -2 lower. I do want to move the XR upper. If someone would tell me they needed a complete XR upper / Imco -2 lower , I would let the lower go. Then I would search for another -2 lower as a spare for myself. So, if you are interested in the complete drive, we can talk about it. BTW, I can set it up for a 1.50 ratio..

Hey Vinny, everything I did with my drive was wrong. Is the offer still on the table?
