Volvo Penta

I'm working on a friends boat never worked on any volvo stuff before. Its a 2005 larson with a 4.3 GL with a volvo penta drive. How much oil do these drives hold?

Almost 3 Qts. You should use A "GL-5 synthetic" marine stern drive oil.

What about using Amsoil I run that in everything?

I seen they have GL-5 also, You should be fine using it.
