Could someone tell me the year and what boat this Bravo3 outdrive from the S/N below?

2005 Rinker 232 Captiva but another site tells me the S/N from the drive says it is a '98. Is that possible, or is 1998 just the first year for B3's. (I bought the boat used and I am hoping the previous owner didn't rip off the outdrive and replace it with an older one!)
